The purchase of the vehicle was the worst experience. I negotiated for an hour just to be told the next day that they didnt run yet and i didn't qualify for what we agrees on. Then the sales person change negotiated for an hour just to be told the next day that they didnt run yet and i didn't qualify for what we agrees on. Then the sales person changed my insurance to the new vehicle before even running my credit as well. When i picked up the car, it didn't have a tow package like I was told it did. 2 weeks after the purchase I took my car to service for add on items and to remove a decal. When i picked it up the decal was just peeled off and residue and scratches left, i had to have them do it the right way while i waited. More
