It appears that all people referenced in this review corresponded frequently during the financing process and worked diligently attempting to attain financing. We understand that you are frustrated you were not able to get the vehicle you wanted, but it was not due to a lack of effort or professionalism from any members of the Mohawk Chevrolet team you dealt with. that is not the way it was portrayed to me during initial discussions. And it WAS a lack of effort of Mohawk Chevrolet employees, who could not be bothered to answer calls, texts, or emails in a timely manner. I lost another deal while I was waiting for someone there to do their job. Therefore I stand by my recommendation to steer clear of this establishment and seek professionalism elsewhere. It wont be found at mohawk!

i would never reach back out to your dealership. i know if i voiced a concern directly to one of your employees it would go upon deaf ears and nobody would care or take it seriously. Shoppers beware if you want professionalism do NOT go to Mohawk Chevrelot. you will be strung on waiting for a reply you will have to constantly reach out to receive.

Sorry I originally posted QUALITY alternatives, but was told I cant. So just pick ANY other Chevy dealership and I know you will turn out better than if you went here. I was very happy with Jarley. The process took too long…5 hours. Bryan talked too fast so I made him repeat things slower and explain better-lose the sales hat and jargon. Be real More
