Everything was good until it came time to pick up the vehicle. I was offered a military rebate and it was taken away at the end. I had the dealership and the bank confirm all of the numbers were correct vehicle. I was offered a military rebate and it was taken away at the end. I had the dealership and the bank confirm all of the numbers were correct the day before picking up the vehicle. The morning of getting the vehicle, I had just signed all of the paperwork at the bank and the check was being printed, Jessica called me from the dealership. She said that I could not have the military rebate of $1000 since I had the GM Supplier discount. This was a mistake on the dealership side and they would not honor their mistake and cover it. Instead, I had to pay an additional $500 out of pocket. If I had not needed a new vehicle, I would have told the dealership the deal was off. I will not be going to Mohawk Chevrolet in the future. Kasey Knockerbocker did great, but the finance department at the dealership failed. More
