From the receptionist, specially the sales person, sales manager, finance manager, and to the person showing us our new car, (with all worked with. I never received any paperwork a young lady follow me home so my wife could sign off because we were both on the contract. I asked her where my paperwork was and she was a dear and headlight. The work was fine, but the process of making the appointment online was a ridiculously complicated and frustrating process that took way too much time to work and to work around. The single most important thing with online stuff is simplicity and navigability - two things glaringly not present in your "make a service appointment" function. The second most important thing is for you, the owner, to ROAD-TEST whatever it is you're trying to do: What does the CUSTOMER experience when trying to do thus and such? It was so obvious that no one's minding the store here, which very nearly sent me to .... another store. Watchwords: SIMPLE. EASY. INTUITIVE. Oh- and since your feedback page won't let me post this without picking a name from the service department that I don't remember (there's a problem right there), I will just randomly pick one. I had a 530 appointment with Jake, to sign for my vehicle. I was asked to come early, I sat there for almost 2 hours and did not sit with Jake until almost 7 pm.
