I've had great experiences at Mohawk Chevrolet. I bought a 2015 Sierra 6 months ago from them (great sales team), had some engine problems recently, and they were able to get me in ASAP. They do a great job at communicating timeline and won't leave you in the dark. Considering the amount of work my vehicle needed (covered under warranty, luckily), the turnaround was incredible. Their facility is also quite impressive. I would recommend! More

Serverced car for flat tire without appointment on a Dodge. Computer was having issues so no estimate was given. Dealer had to order tire locally. I spen't 3.5 hrs for just a donut to be put on and a Dodge. Computer was having issues so no estimate was given. Dealer had to order tire locally. I spen't 3.5 hrs for just a donut to be put on and an oil change. Car was ready and never got a call. I stayed at the dealership the entire time. Service wanted to charge me $40 to put on a donut which was waived after gently complaining. I indicated I wanted to order the tire but I never got a follow up call to come in or reschedule. This dealership is great in most aspects; just some minor hiccups but will be back again if I ever get a Chevy and only if I do. More
