I was supposed to pick up my new truck on Monday 10/24 in the evening. I had arranged to get a spray-in bedliner through the dealership. The truck went to their vendor on Monday morning, but at the time of m the evening. I had arranged to get a spray-in bedliner through the dealership. The truck went to their vendor on Monday morning, but at the time of my delivery appointment the truck had not returned from the vendor. After approximately 3 hours of time at the dealership, the truck still had not arrived, and the vendor had called to state that they were done, but that the truck now had a service error code. They decided it would be best to have it brought back to the dealership on a flat bed. In short, I did not get my truck on Monday evening. The new plan was that the service team would diagnose the issue on Tuesday (10/25) and that I would pick up the new truck that afternoon/evening. After waiting all day with no contact from the dealership with any sort of update, I finally texted my salesman. He checked into what was happening and found out that the truck was still sitting at the spray-in bedliner vendor! I guess nobody at Mohawk is concerned that there is a customer who is spending a fair amount of money waiting to get an update. The truck did get back to the dealership late on Tuesday (10/25), but no service work until Wednesday (10/26) to see what could be causing the error code. 10/26 Update: If zero stars were possible, that is what I would give them. Still do not have the truck. Brand new truck from Chevy with a bad injector. Best part... they can't locate one. I have no idea when I will be taking delivery of the new truck. More
