Greg seemed really willing to negotiate with me on the price of the car and was extremely patient with me and called the next day to see if there was anything else he could do to gain my business. Colin was also super informative and polite while showing me how to use my new car. I upgraded from a car with minimal features to a new car with so many buttons I didn't know what to do with them all. Colin made it seem so easy to use and I enjoyed his run down of the car. Inexcusable slow service- do not respect customers time Mohawk Honda does not have service that provides customers with service done in a timely manner. Expect to stay 2 hrs for a regular oil change., this Mohawk Honda does not have service that provides customers with service done in a timely manner. Expect to stay 2 hrs for a regular oil change., this is what I encountered the last time I was there. Today I arrived at 1:30 and left at 4:30. My car was there for a regular oil change and to have 4 tires sealed , I say for 3 hrs in their waiting room. It would gave been longer if I had not gone and complained a few times about how long it was taking. They are close for me and I like going to aHonda Dealer for our Honda’s . But waiting hours for service that should not take that long is unacceptable. I doubt I will be back More

It was replaced recently but started to again show intermittent problems. I know that intermittent problems are very hard to troubleshoot, so I was very happy to get a quick response that Honda is working on re-engineering of the part and they would notify me when replacement is available. Kudos to Vincent, Mohawk Honda, and to Honda engineers for searching for better solution! More

Bought a CRV without leaving my house. Thanks, AJ I recently had hip replacement surgery and wanted to trade in my Honda Accord for a CRV. Since I live on Long Island, I initially made the call to AJ, just to ask him questions about the CRV. AJ listened and answered all my questions. He was very responsive and knowledgeable. I was pleasantly surprised when AJ said he could make arrangements to have my new car delivered right to my driveway. In addition, my old Accord that I was trading in would also be picked up. Tom, the man who drove the car down, also provided great customer service in making sure all the paperwork was together and putting on the new plates. In short, I called AJ on Saturday and by Thursday my new car was in my driveway. I never even had to leave my house! Thank you, AJ, for your professional customer service. You made my car-buying experience painless and hasslefree. I highly recommend AJ Metzold and Mohawk Honda! More
