I was even able to contact him on a Sunday to inform him I was going to move forward with the deal and had all the paperwork work ready. 2018 Honda Purchase This is by far the best dealer I've worked with! Still feels like I'm dreaming! The vehicle I purchased was a 2018 Honda Civic Type R. I ha This is by far the best dealer I've worked with! Still feels like I'm dreaming! The vehicle I purchased was a 2018 Honda Civic Type R. I had called several dealerships back in June when car was first released and it was just a punch of run around/stories regarding vehicle. Then after watching someone I follow on IG post he purchased his here at this dealer I figured I'd give a shot worse case they give me the run around. I make the call Diane answers :-) I ask her what the story is on car and that I've heard it all at this point ... she replies straight forward and honest I can't get you a 17 but if you provide xyz I can get you an 18 without hesitation I said yes. Fast forward 7 months I take the drive to pick up the car. It was a great experience everyone was welcoming asking if I needed anything. Briana came and showed me tech in car + assisted with pairing my phone to vehicle. Please note I've had 3 other Honda leased vehicles from another dealer and no one offered me help with anything just basically hurry up buy and go mentality not here. There was no rush to get items from old vehicle. All documents being signed were explained to me. I loved that! They have a customer for life! I recommend this dealer to anyone. Once I'm done paying off this vehicle I'm coming back to pick up an Accord :-) More
