I worked mostly with Brian McKenna who came in on his day off when he found out I was in the show room asking for him. I found that to be really awesome for him to do that . I have been through 2 leases and one purchase with Brian M. and I have always had a great experience working with him. Brian genuinely seems to want to make sure you get the best deal on the vehicle you lease or a vehicle you purchase, he even got me the exact dollar amount I wanted on my trade in. I worked briefly with Damon Luton and Cammer Mckenna when Brian was not there and they too were kind and professional. When finalizing the finances with with John Barber, he too was also a great. John was down to earth, pleasant and just a friendly guy to work with. When it came time to go over all the technical bells and whistles that come with the new CRV, I worked with Nate Greklek. He was absolutely brilliant, he knows his work inside and out and was able to answer any questions I had without hesitation. Great guy to work with. I test drove the CRV and the HRV with Brian. He explained in full detail both vehicles. Both vehicles drove extremely well and I decided on the HRV. When I returned I was greeted by Nick and Kim Bonarrigo. These 2 people are the reason for me to return to Mohawk Honda for my 4th or 5th Honda purchase. They make everyone feel like they are the most important person in the world. You cannot ask for a more professional and friendlier experience in purchasing a new vehicle.
