The first finance person I worked with was rude and condescending however when it was time to sign papers and actually pick up my car, the gentlemen who took care of me was wonderful and he explained everything to me as I was signing my life away...lol. The instructional demo of the car itself could have been a bit longer but the young man who walked me through the process and attempted to show me how everything worked was extremely sweet and patient. The actual purchase process was quite good, now we will see how follow-up and service department are. More

Model year deception We were told ‘17 & ‘18 Civic Si’s were available & told the salesman we wanted an 18. We test drove the vehicle we purchased assuming it was an 18 & d We were told ‘17 & ‘18 Civic Si’s were available & told the salesman we wanted an 18. We test drove the vehicle we purchased assuming it was an 18 & didn’t realize it was a 17 until the contract was presented, our concern was brought up immediately & the contract was signed reluctantly because we were told 0.9 % interest was not available on the 18’s, which is not true. We are very unhappy! More

A long process, but I feel it was worth the time I researched a number of different vehicles, and found the one I wanted. The type was located at 3 different dealerships, and Mohawk was my first stop I researched a number of different vehicles, and found the one I wanted. The type was located at 3 different dealerships, and Mohawk was my first stop. I arrived around 10am, and was greeted warmly by Steve. After some idle chit chat we started to look at the vehicles I limited it down to. I test drove a few. Both used cars were in pretty good shape. I made an offer on them both, and that is when the back and forth began. After an hour or so, we agreed on a price. Maybe I was a bit aggressive in my pricing, but the final numbers seemed fair. After the contract, it took awhile to get the vehicle cleaned and ready for the road. I left around 6:15pm. It was an 8 hour day, exhausted and finally happy to be home I went to sleep. Thinking back, I feel that I got a decent deal, the staff was friendly, and the waiting room was clean. I think I would recommend others to check them out first. More

Satisfied I’m satisfied with my purchase. This is the 3rd Honda my family bought from this dealership over the past 4 years. I’ve always worked with Linda Vas I’m satisfied with my purchase. This is the 3rd Honda my family bought from this dealership over the past 4 years. I’ve always worked with Linda Vasko and she is very attentive. My only reservation is the financing, which is partially my fault since I should have shopped for a better financing deal. I picked up the car on a Saturday evening and was surprised the best financing deal I was given was 3.89% over 66 months. My credit score is 841. I told the financing person I could get around 2.5% at State Farm. She said this was the best deal. I ended up signing the financing agreement. On Monday I called State Farm and Trustco Bank (local) and was given much better rates with lower terms. I put quite a bit of money down on the car, plus traded in my car. Now I’m faced with refinancing the $10k I borrowed to buy the car or dipping into savings and paying it off. This is not something I thought I’d have to deal with especially with a 841 credit score. The first thing you notice with Nicole is she's a quintessential people person. From the beaming smile to the way she speaks to customers, one can tell she's focused on providing a great customer experience. Check in went smooth and she promptly took my keys and got my car off to the Service area. She answered all my questions about the service and provided some great input on what I should consider regarding the car's servicing needs. When my car was ready, she came into the waiting room with a big wave and smile and I was soon on my way. I'm not one to write reviews but I felt compelled this time around.
