Very helpful. Went in for recall service. Service team was very helpful and a pleasure to work with. Fleet of loaner cars is a big plus. They did repair analysis Went in for recall service. Professional and extremely courteous ! I'm 63 years old and have purchased many cars in the past years. What normally ends up as a super stressed experience " arm wrestling" with a salesper I'm 63 years old and have purchased many cars in the past years. What normally ends up as a super stressed experience " arm wrestling" with a salesperson, turned out to be a pleasant experience. We even had a few laughs together. My salesperson was Mark Ellis who was appointed by Scott Risley. Great salesman! Honest, helpful and concerned about what we were looking for in a car. He was fair and upfront and gave us a great deal on a beautiful top of the line Honda CRV . No arm wrestling ! A pleasant experience. Both Mark and Scott are genuinely good people as well as Jacob Doyle, the technician who went over the operation of the entire car with us. Johnna Kennedy, the finance expert, had us ready to go with an excellent rate in a matter of minutes. True team work throughout the entire dealership! I drove home with a smile on my face.
