The entire staff from sales, service, and even after market specialist were available to answer any and all questions. There was none of the let me go ask someone behind the curtain, we met with the decision makers face to face and it created a win-win feeling when signing the final purchase agreement. When we arrived to pick up our new vehicle there was no; "Here's the manual, we hope you enjoy your new car." We were given a thorough explanation of how to understand the operation of the car; I mean a "sit behind the wheel, listen to how the bells and whistles function and we want you to really feel confident in how this car operates before you drive off the lot." Besides having a great experience with the purchase of a new Honda Pilot, I see a lot of wonderful community outreach programs Mohawk Honda is involved in and that work is above and beyond and deserves recognition. Good guy, we got down to business after a friendly conversation. No pressure at all during the whole process, compared to when I bought my Nissan Maxima years ago from the Nissan Dealership. They found the car I wanted even if it wasn't listed in inventory, test drive went well, the best part about this, as I was at work, somebody scratched the back of the car so bad, it couldn't be buffed out, they replaced with another brand new vehicle instead of covering it up. Delivery Coordinator showed me the ins and outs of my car and answered any questions I had. So far, great experience overall. Side note, all dealerships are different on the process of down payments. One dealership can take a check of lets say $10,000, while another dealership will only take a check of $2,500. If you are ready to buy a vehicle, just call first on the process on how down payments are handled so that when you do come to Mohawk, your experience will be faster. More

After shopping and unsuccessfully trying to make a deal on a specific 2017 Accord with our Syracuse NY local dealer that we have purchased 5 Hondas fr After shopping and unsuccessfully trying to make a deal on a specific 2017 Accord with our Syracuse NY local dealer that we have purchased 5 Hondas from over the years, I called Mohawk and was transferred to Jay Cooper - and we arrived at what I consider to be a very fair deal on the same car within a minute. The very next evening we made the drive out and in just over an hour we left the lot with our new car - even though the place was extremely busy (they obviously sell a lot of cars). Everyone was exceedingly professional and friendly, and extra kudos to the 2 kind gentlemen who did a thorough job of showing us all of our new Accord's features (sorry - we forget names here). Just a great experience. I know where we will be purchasing our Hondas from in the future! Oh, we are very pleased with our new Accord, too - but that is no surprise, we have only ever bought Hondas. More
