Our experience with Mohawk Honda This was our first experience buying a car from Mohawk Honda. We had heard good things about them from our friend and we were looking for a different dealer and decided to try them out for ourselves. What a pleasant experience it turned out to be! When we arrived there we were greeted by Mark Ellis, a very friendly and competent sales person that was great, I would buy a car from him any day! Next we worked with Stephen Christian, business manager, that was also wonderful to deal with regarding the finances! To top it off, we met Bekkah Dean, who took us through all the gadgets on the car and said if you have any questions to give her a call! We loved her too. I already handed out Mark's business card to my hairdresser who is looking for a car. As you probably already know, we are so happy and satisfied with Mohawk Honda. Every dealership should be like them, seriously! More

First time buyer I have honestly never stepped foot in a car dealership before and was scared to go alone. Damon was super comforting and not intimidating at all! First time buyer. ok experience As a first time car buyer, I was a little overwhelmed with the entire process of purchasing a vehicle. Mark Ellis was very approachable and easy to de As a first time car buyer, I was a little overwhelmed with the entire process of purchasing a vehicle. Mark Ellis was very approachable and easy to deal with. I didn't feel like he was trying overly hard to make a sale. It was the end of the month, and he took the time to walk me through things. My only complaint was that I never actually saw anything in writing until I went to pick up the car and wound up paying more than I though we had agreed on. It was probably just a function of how busy everyone was, but it left a bad taste. Which brings me to Finance. Mike is a real piece of work. I understand that he gets paid based on commission for selling all the extras, but the man was so frustratingly pushy I almost walked out. It's almost like the man doesn't have a soul as he sits there trying to confuse you even more. I'm sure those traits make him good at what he does, it just didn't leave me feeling all warm and fuzzy inside. Upon arrival (4:45) to pick up my vehicle I was told "we had you down for 3:30" when I had said I would arrive at 5 (mark ignored this and wrote down 4:00 "so that everything would be ready when I got there"). I think this was a car dealer game to hide the fact they were no where near ready when I arrived, but again the little things added some confusion. All things considered, not a terrible dealership experience, I did walk out of there with the car I wanted at a fair price, but probably better suited to a more experienced car buyer, and someone that knows how to put up with "finance" people. More

Travis is awesome! Travis is super awesome and makes the whole experience as easy as possible! Even with having my two toddlers there he was great!
