Easiest time ever buying a new car It all started with Ashley, I gave her a challenge to meet my payments or beat them on one of my cars, but she had to replace two cars for the same or It all started with Ashley, I gave her a challenge to meet my payments or beat them on one of my cars, but she had to replace two cars for the same or less payment, and she did, She set us up with Carmren who was very friendly and professional. Compared them to many local dealers, and found that they were absolutely the best deal for the vehicle I was purchasing. That said, I negotiated the vehicle price ahead of time, but when I went in to finalize the paper work I was at the dealer for about two hours. Not hugely unusual, but surprising. Even more surprising was that when I went in to pick up the vehicle ~5 days later I had to wait over an hour to actually take possession. The vehicle had clearly not been prepared prior to my arrival so the crew had to rush to get it into shape. Again, not a huge problem, but surprising considering the lead time on my purchase. Overall, I would definitely recommend Mohawk. They hit the target on the most important aspects - price and honesty - and the customer service issues are definitely unimportant in comparison. That said, if they can improve on customer service in a few easy areas my 4 star would easily become a 5 star review. More
