This dealership is by far the most honest and fair place I have been to. I have been to Honda Dealerships in Massachusetts, California and a few here in NY until finally settling on this one. I have never had a bad experience. I call Nick F. when I need my car serviced and he is always so professional and gets right back to me. He will let me know when there is a coupon available and he's also alerted me to things like my inspection sticker expiring, etc. A car dealership with Integrity is hard to come by these days! More

One black 2014 Honda Accord on your lot and I fell in love. Ric Jesmain was my sales person , he was very pleasant and helpful. Also professional, courteous and made the whole process easy. He went out of his way to try to let me drive the Honda home that day. It was OK when that did not happen, I was confident that my car would arrive here the next day. It did, Vince drove it over, he was so pleasant and kind. Also, helpful as we traveled through the necessary process. I was so glad to have him with me. What a great guy! Ric has followed up with me since I have my car, I am very impressed and grateful. Also a great guy! Needless to say, I am very happy with all the services provided, and love my car. Camren listened to everything we had to say, asked poignant questions to help focus exactly what we were looking for in my lease, and offered extremely helpful insight. He worked with us to reach a payment that was even better than we had hoped, as there was a special going on at the time.
