absolute perfect first time buyer experience! I have to thank Mark Ellis, Michael Speranza, as well as everyone else who helped me with my very first car buying experience. I bought a 2014 Hyundai I have to thank Mark Ellis, Michael Speranza, as well as everyone else who helped me with my very first car buying experience. I bought a 2014 Hyundai Elantra and am absolutely in love with it! I came in after a disappointing visit at Foggs with my family and they walked in and introduced me to Mark who had worked with them many times before with buying a new car. He was so nice, and helped me understand exactly what everything was and made sure that he explained to me everything that was within my limitations of what I needed. I test drove the car and instantly knew this was the one. As I got into the financial part of the deal, there was at first a lot of confusion but Mark had spoken to Michael to take a look at my deal, and really help me get to where I needed and wanted to be and I truely am thankful for all the hard work they did for me because I was so worried it was going to be an overwhelming experience and it wasn't at all. I looked at the car Saturday and got to pick it up tonight with a reasonable trade in for my old Ford Focus ZX3, and had a really affordable down payment. Michael the finance guy, truely truely helped me out so mucb financially. With an amazing interest rate, and monthly payment, and a warranty that surely helps me feel covered with my new car! I am very thankful for everything he did to make surr that I was able to go home with an amazing car and not feel so overwhelmed with the financial part. I am sure I am not the only one who hears finance and gets nervous because now a days its very hard to find a deal that truely fits your budget, Michael did just that and thanks to Mark showing him my deal he was able to sit down with me and make everything I needed and wanted happen. I went in the night of the pick up, had signed all the paperwork I needed to sign, and I was on my way, before I left the lot with my new car I had Mark and another amazing associate ( I apologize I forgot his name) help me understand the use of my car before I left. He was so kind, showed me all the different features of the stereo, the ac and heat unit, the light system, and was so amazing as well to help me gather everything from my old car and put it in my new car, as well as put my seat covers on, and grab new stickers for my EZPass so I didn't forget it. I have definately been recommending Mohawk Honda to all of my friends and family, my dad Mike may also be coming in to look at a Honda soon, and I think he will be just as truely amazed by the perfect customer service I had experienced.
