I started looking for a Honda CRV at dealers that are closer to where I live and was getting a feel for the prices and what I was looking for. Then I decided to read the reviews. I was horrified at the treatment people were getting during the shopping and buying process. I then read the Mohawk Honda reviews. The first few were from the day before and ALL of them were 5 stars! I was looking at over an hour drive, but I was going without my husband and there was no way I was going to step foot in a dealership that I felt uncomfortable with before I even walked in the door. I filled out the financial application online and was almost immediately contacted by Ashley Tabor asking if I could give her an idea of what I was looking for and when I might be able to come by. I told her I would be there the next afternoon and requested a female associate. The next day I met with Jen DeCiero who turned out to not only be one of the nicest people you would want meet but she found me the perfect car! She even had my car ready for me when I unexpected got out of work early and asked to pick it up on Saturday instead of Monday. Total attention to detail and no pressure what so ever. Couldn’t be happier! Drive past ALL those other dealers. Mohawk Honda will find you the perfect car and make you feel like family too! More

Excellent service I went to Mohawk Honda looking for a used Honda Civic that had low mileage and was covered by Honda’s Certified Pre-Owned Vehicle Program. Throughout I went to Mohawk Honda looking for a used Honda Civic that had low mileage and was covered by Honda’s Certified Pre-Owned Vehicle Program. Throughout the looking and buying process I was assisted by Tim Pilipovic. Tim was helpful, very respectful of the price cap I had to work with, and hard-working. Unable to find a car that met all of my qualifications during my first visit, he promised to keep an eye out for me as other cars arrived. The next day he called me, explaining that a used 2012 Honda Civic LX with low-mileage had come in and that it would be covered by Honda’s Certified Pre-Owned Vehicle Program. After a test-drive, I decided to purchase it. Tim carefully walked me through all the paperwork that needed to be signed and spent a considerable amount of time showing me how all the “gadgets” in the car worked. Tim was extremely personable; he was fun to talk with, and I could tell that he really cared about finding a car that fit my needs. I can’t recommend the service at Mohawk Honda highly enough! More

The minute we pulled into the parking lot we were greeted by an employee who immediately lead us inside to meet with the person with whom we had an appointment. As we waited the few minutes that we did we were also greeted by live entertainment, pizza, cookies and hot and cold drinks. Everyone of the staff that we came in contact with was extremely polite, friendly and all wore big smiles. We have purchased many vehicles in our lives but never experienced what we did at Mohawk Honda. Would highly recommend this place to family and friends. More
