Service Center - Honesty Purchased and serviced a new 2012 Honda Pilot from Mohawk Honda as I knew and trusted a salesman that has since left and moved. The experience for the Purchased and serviced a new 2012 Honda Pilot from Mohawk Honda as I knew and trusted a salesman that has since left and moved. The experience for the next few years was great. A few years down the road an MXP salesman began to call and pester regarding upgrading our Pilot. This lasted for about one year until I had to advise the salesman to cease calling. I requested to speak with a manager with no luck. I have stayed away from Mohawk Honda for the next 3 years. That was until yesterday April 28, 2017 when I was forced to visit the service department because of a used 2007 Civic I purchased for our son. I had a few issues and a recall that I had to take care of. I was so impressed with Brian Peters from the Service Department, his sincerity and honesty that I may just return for our next new car purchase. More

Recall repair I just wanted to let you know that my service advisor, Nicholas Franzese is an exceptional employee. While my Honda-CRV was there for it's recall rep I just wanted to let you know that my service advisor, Nicholas Franzese is an exceptional employee. While my Honda-CRV was there for it's recall repair today, (March 2) he came to several times with other issues that were found on my car that needed attention. Each time Nick came to me with the sad news he was pleasant and regretted having to tell me it was going to be an expensive day. Each time it added hundreds of dollars to my bill. But I have to say the way he handled each "bad news moment" was commendable because he showed kindness and was understanding towards my feeling of "OH, boy, what now". I drove away feeling that, even though I ended up spending a small fortune, that I wasn't even remotely expecting, it was all OK. I know my vehicle is safer than it was when I drove in. I will be moving out of state in a couple weeks and I have peace of mind knowing my long drive ahead will be safer because of the service my car received today. I called and spoke to one of the service managers about Nick. I wanted you to know that I would certainly expect him to be considered for an employee of the month. The 1st time they missed all sorts of needed fixes--Nicole pushed everything forward for me and found the actual source of the problems that I suspected were worse than I was first notified of. She arranged for a rental car and warranty inspector. Her dedication to completely resolving my issue was refreshing and hard to come by. More
