I previously had a great experience working with Ruth in the Collision Center which is why I went back to get an estimate. I was verbally told the cost, handed the estimate and then the estimator walked aw the Collision Center which is why I went back to get an estimate. I was verbally told the cost, handed the estimate and then the estimator walked away. I did not receive any explanation as to what would need to be fixed or how he came up with the amount. I was able to kind of piece together what my vehicle would need by guessing what the codes on the estimate meant. I was able to get a better explanation from a service advisor at Molle Toyota. I will be taking my car to Molle Collision because of past experience only, not because of the most recent interaction. More
