Hi Jill, I am sorry to hear about this experience. I do know that the various chips you are referring to are rock chips from normal driving, and occur a lot on vehicles. As far as the severed brake pad sensor - we took that to a Certified Mercedes shop to look at for you and diagnose - their diagnosis was presumed that whomever installed the brake pads prior did not install them properly (the work was never done here). Photos were provided when we check in vehicles to ensure we are sending out vehicles the same way they are brought in, if anything was our doing we definitely will step up and take care of it, even if it is for a guest satisfaction - in this case we re-tinted the window in question.
