Update on MDF radio I had planned to trade in my 2012 Prius V for a new model but before I could make the deal the MDF screen had quit working. It had done this one time I had planned to trade in my 2012 Prius V for a new model but before I could make the deal the MDF screen had quit working. It had done this one time before and I had gotten it to reboot. This time was taking longer so when the used car shop added another $2000 to the car I was going to by to make up the difference I said forget it. I had the service look at it and they said I would need to replace it but that if it came back online to bring it in and they would upgrade the software. It came back a couple of weeks later and the service department updated the software, so I'm very pleased. I've bought my last 3 cars from Molle but after the way the used car dealership treated me I'll never buy another one. But your service department especially Joe is great and I'll continue using them . More

overall excellent service department I was happy for the tire sale as I desperately needed tires before winter. Was disappointed how long it took to get them installed - didn't realize it I was happy for the tire sale as I desperately needed tires before winter. Was disappointed how long it took to get them installed - didn't realize it was going to take 3 hours, wish I would have known. The gentleman who drove my car up to the service desk needs to pull his pants up and wear a belt. His pants were hanging low, his red underwear was showing, he looked very unprofessional and a little like a "thug". Also, as I drove away I realized I had a burnt out headlight - I think they could have checked on the other things of my car to make sure everything was functional prior to my leaving as a courtesy since I have only ever taken this car to Molle for service (last 6.5 years). I had to stop at the auto parts store on my way home to purchase a headlight. Added to my semi frustrated day. More
