Incompetent or scam artist. You decide I went in for a simple oil change. When the oil change was done I was asked if ai had problems starting my car. I have never once had issue starting t I went in for a simple oil change. When the oil change was done I was asked if ai had problems starting my car. I have never once had issue starting that car. The guy said they could not get it started. He tried to infer that something else was wrong, which I know was xxxxxxxx. I waited another 45 minutes after that before I went to see what was going on and still wasn't told anything except they're working on it. I then made a phone call, by the way to another mechanic, and about 5 minutes later he came out and said my car was ready and there was a clog in my fuel line. xxxxxxxx. If there was a clog in the fuel line that car would not have been starting or it would have been stalling way before I got there and let them touch it. Instead on owning up to what really happened, or they were just trying to get more money out of me. A simple oil change is not going to cause an engine not to turn over unless you screwed something else up. After all of that the guy had the nerve to make like he was doing me a favor for ONLY charging me $43. Which was the price anyway with the coupon. 2 HOURS AT YOUR DEALERSHIP FOR AN OIL CHANGE I HAVE KNOW IDEA WHO I WORKED WITH. I PICKED SOMEONE BECAUSE I HAD TO.. IT WAS CLERK# 003197...I DONT MY ONOW WHAT HIS NAME WAS. I WASN'T GIVEN A PRINT OUT BECAUSE YOUR COMPUTER SYSTEM WAS DOWN. I WAS TOLD I WOULD RECEIVE AN EMAIL BUT NEVER DID More
