Advisor Apathy Service adviser did not mention the service would take 3 hours. I brought my car at 8. Checked in at 945 then 10 then 11. He was eating at his station he was not engaged in coming to get me to give me any updates and I waited and waited for him to get the car pulled around. This was not a good customer service experience. I was the one checking in and walking up to see how the progress was - he gave no updates unless prompted and it really was a poor experience overall.
