Separate from Anthony, I wish to comment on an issue that bothers me. I am a returning customer and traded in my Prius for a new Rav 4 Hybrid. Since I have been into your facility on several occasions for service in the last few years, I do wish to say that your service waiting room is in very bad shape. It says to your customers that you do not value them. The furniture is old, worn, and dirty. The service department is excellent and the staff are very helpful and attentive. Please refurbish that waiting room. Your customers deserve better than what you are offering them. More

After all, not everyone is prepared to pay out a bunch of money on repairs/maintenance all in one visit! The shuttle team is also a great asset to Molle!
