I had something break which is very rare, so rare they had to order the part. Installation went great but required 1.8 days to complete as it was buried inside the dash. I was unable to schedule appointment online. HOWEVER, I called early in the morning, and was able to get my car in for service on that very day! I LOVED THAT!! It started out good as usual but when I came to pick up my car from service my agent was not available. I waited a while but when no one helped me I asked someone who had just finished with a customer. He my car from service my agent was not available. I waited a while but when no one helped me I asked someone who had just finished with a customer. He rudely told me rhat he had another client and I needed to speak with my agent. When I tried to explain that he was not available he rudely pointed to someone else to help me that had just walked up. I wish I had gotten his name. Otherwise the person that helped me was very courteous and went to find my paperwork and we even shared a laugh. I say all of this to say that I generally have a great experience, so one time will not spoil the other times at this dealership. This is the second vehicle I purchased from Molle since 2001 and currently I am looking to purchase a 3rd. Hope this review is helpful. More
