After making the mistake of buying a preowned from Kenny thomas in Olathe our van was totaled by another drive after a month. I had bought A new car from scion in the past and had been very pleased, and this time the sales agent Bob made this the easiest sale I have ever had. after test driving a few of the vehicles and browsing the lot a few times Bob suggested a paticular Van to us. We fell in love with it. being preowned it had a few blemishes but Bob ensured us that they would take care of those before delivery the following week. And they did. They replaced the bummer because of a small crack, cleaned all the leather to like new condition, and did touch up on any small scratches we saw. In addidtion he made sure we had 3 extra keys and an extra remote for the vehicle. after getting cheated on the price of my previous vehicle from kenny thomas i decided to check the toyota corp preowned site to verify the price. It was cheaper than the haggled price and I imediately called Molle and they adjusted the price without question. when we picked up the van we were in and out in uder 30 minutes with all the paperwork. talk about effecient. I have been very please twice with purchases from this company and recomend them to anyone. Ask for Bob in preowned sales. More
My wife took a car we just bought up for an oil change when she was at work they called her and said we need to do the 30,000 mile service and if you don't you might lose your factory warranty. I was on a plane to texas so I was not involved but she decided to go ahead with it and when it was all said and done they had hit us with a $626.00 dollar bill. I had just replaced the air filter on the vehicle and the reason they had for changing it again was because it was not a toyota air filter. I was very disappointed and I will not return and I recommend that you say clear of this dealer. More
The dealership has been remodeled and it looks fantastic now. They had a huge inventory the vehicle I wanted in the color choice I wanted. Friendly staff and a pleasant experience. They were awful to work with. We immediately regretted purchasing our car through them. It took us over 2 months just to get an owner's manual for the car. They had very bad attitudes and treated us poorl purchasing our car through them. It took us over 2 months just to get an owner's manual for the car. They had very bad attitudes and treated us poorly as soon as we took the car home. We also had to have a new transmission put in the car after only 4 months of owning it! There are better dealerships out there, avoid this one. More
