Customer service is satisfactory until you begin negotiating the price. Perform your due diligence because it’s your money and your car note. Our salesman, Bruce Le was very inattentive to us while we there. I repeatedly had to chase him down to try and move the process along. The finance employee we worked with, Ms. Lauderdale was wonderful and we there. I repeatedly had to chase him down to try and move the process along. The finance employee we worked with, Ms. Lauderdale was wonderful and very helpful. She was able to get us through the paperwork process despite some errors on my part and I am very thankful for her assistance. All of this after driving from Corpus Christi to Houston. I would recommend this dealership more highly simply for the experience provided by literally everyone except our salesman who seemed more concerned about his 3PM appointment. More
