Very Concerned Customer!!!!! I have only had one experience with this dealership, and it will be my last. The sales and finance staff were friendly and good to work with, but I I have only had one experience with this dealership, and it will be my last. The sales and finance staff were friendly and good to work with, but I believe they were misinformed by their service department's review of the used 2009 Nissan Rogue that I purchased. Or they simply were hiding the true condition and just trying to move the car. I was provided a Carfax report which was clean, and it was said that the car passed the safety inspection that they run their cars through before selling them. Two weeks after I purchased the vehicle, I had it in the shop. New Tires (the tires had split down the sidewalls - all 4), the shop told me the discoloration in the rubber meant they were really old and that these should have been replaced before the car was sold as they were a safety hazard. Both front control arms, one tie-rod, and a CV axle with joint had to be replaced (the CV joint was so bad that the seals were actually leaking visibly and when the brakes were applied it actually moved the entire tire assembly which is usually solid and doesn't move). To which I also question... was this a safety concern. And why did the inspecting technician at Momentum BMW not actually see this.... or did they? Doesn't seem they even took the tires off the vehicle. All of this simply makes me wonder if they do this type of inspection on all of their used cars, and if so.... who else is out there riding in these so called safe cars as deemed by Momentum BMW. Had all of these issues been disclosed, I would not have purchased the car, but then again... the car should not have been for sale in the condition it was in. Even though it cost me.... I am just glad it was corrected before someone was hurt. Please be aware, and do not make the same mistake that I did. More

I called and spoke to receptionist to get a Manager because I could have needed a loaner due to working. They connected me to Emily who worked wonders. Then I met Rick Rawlings and he is an amazing Service man. He took my car in and they discovered my water pump was failing. With their top level of service I will tell all of my family, colleagues, and friends about Momentum. Plus I will continue to drive an hour across the city of Houston for my service. I left severely disappointed and upset by the way I was treated by the management team. After being there 3 hours the price of the vehicle suddenly changed....to 27981. When asked what happened I was told that there was a typo on there behalf! The vehicle should have been priced at that amount initially. That is not how business should be handled! Especially in there efforts to make a fool of me by changing it in the system as if the first price was not what I really saw! This vehicle had been advertised since last week at 26981, stock number SCC575493 was my response, and the time as a management team to fix a typo advertised on their website should not be when a customer is sitting filling out purchase paperwork! Bad business! The manager who was rude, who also lacked communication skills said he could do nothing for me and that I could purchase the car at that price as they have other people waiting in line to purchase that vehicle! This gesture was distasteful as this is unethical practice and sends a message to consumers that this business does not have the customers best interest at heart in making their car buying experience exceptional but their goal is to get over through manipulation! Integrity is not embedded in the character of their management team clearly!The sales person Dean went multiple times to address the issue that should have not been treated as the mistake of the customer but fixed! Accomondate the advertised price! It is simple! I was excited about the purchase and had to leave without purchase due to morale...as I was sevely inconvienced and my time wasted in the matter of shady unethical practices on the behalf of the dealership. I had every intention to purchase the vehicle but I should not have been subjected to being taken advantage of by this dealership! The vehicle was also wrecked today and I was willing to work with them on getting it fixed! More

Shaffee Habhab is the man to see, great service! I've visited 2 different BMW service centers in Houston, and I can honestly say Shef Habhab will be the only service advisor i will ever use for my cu I've visited 2 different BMW service centers in Houston, and I can honestly say Shef Habhab will be the only service advisor i will ever use for my current car or any future BMWs I own. He is quick to respond, very thorough, and just extremely easy to work with. He replies to every method of communication, which is rare these days with service advisors in my experience. The worst car dealers ever! The worst experience ever! I do not usually write bad reviews but seriously please do not get you in troubles with these unprofessional people, folks! The worst experience ever! I do not usually write bad reviews but seriously please do not get you in troubles with these unprofessional people, folks! My story is epic and unbelievable! My husband and I talked with Donyell (one of the managers over there) and Tatiana to work on a BMW X1 deal on December 31st, 2016. Regardless the fact that we had not had a chance to look at that BMW X1 car (since Donyel & Tatiana explained that it is under another current owner and she was out of town), we were still excited to sign the contract that night after a long wait of 4 hours. The deal was: I would trade in my Nissan 2014 car and rent this BMW X1 for 3 years. It was preatty good deal to us. That night, Donyell himself and Tatiana promised that they would arrange to have our car ready after being fixed and checked on Monday since the car should not have any major issues. Then what we really had to go through was not that amusing! Firstly, the car was not ready by Monday. We tried to understand because it might take some time to take care of the car carefully. Secondly, Donyell just did not want to care less about us when my husband asked him about the car's status since Donyell mentioned in his text that "the car needs a lot of work that cannot be rush". What does it mean by "needs a lot of work?". We just want a clarification and Donyell ignored to answer that. Tatiana could not help with that either! When we could not be more disappointed and tired of waiting in silence, we came to meet a general manager on Wednesday Jan 4th morning. His name is Max White. Then, he sent us right back to Tatiana. After talking to her and being confirmed that BMW X1 could not be done at any time, we all agreed that we would back out of the deal and we took back our Nissan car. I carefully asked Tatiana whether or not we had to do anything else to make sure our transaction was cancelled. She told us not to worry about anything else and just had to walk out of the door. Needless to mention, you can understand how upset I am because that was my first time of being interested in BMW ownership. I thought that was the end of our nightmare after that day. No, sadly it's not done yet. I have been constantly receiving email and mail noticing me about an upcoming payment from BMW, which I do not understand. Then, I have just received an email from Nissan saying that they SUCCESSFULLY CLOSED MY MONTHLY PAYMENT ACCOUNT. You now can see what kind of troubles that we have to deal with? My car now is belong to BMW. I have to waste my time to go to BMW Momentum and make sure again that no BMW transaction has ever happened between them and me and I might have to refinance my car with Nissan again. Wish us luck! I definitely do not want to walk in their that BMW Momentum's door or see their faces again, not even once. I still cannot believe that BMW still hire these unprofessional people to work for them. Very very annoyed and disappointed! I wish there were Negative Five Star option! More
