bad title I purchase a used mini from momentum mini, a year later I don't have a valid title, a year is more than enough time to correct this issue, but they I purchase a used mini from momentum mini, a year later I don't have a valid title, a year is more than enough time to correct this issue, but they are not motivated to correct the problem since the have their money, they don't return phone calls & only give you the run around, I now have a car I can't drive because it needs a new registration & I can't do that until the title issue is resolved, do not buy a car from this dealer, check the Houston bbb, they have 26 out standing complaints, purchase from another dealer, avoid the sonic group More
All they do is up sale and rip you off I went for sensor to be check. Got my results, of course they found other so call problems. I told them to hold off on it and left. No sooner then I leave, two miles down the road, my tire explode. So, back into the evil clutches I go. I give them the go on fixing things sense I have a warrant. They tell me I need a new engine, my warranty people ask to see it, but every time he would show up, the car parts where not dissemble. Two weeks turn into 3 moths they had my car. Never giving a loaner until the third month. I spent 300.00 out of pocket for car rental, which they never reimburse. Less then a year i'm back in because the vale covers leaks. This time I get a loaner, but they still work on up upselling because I have a warranty. Not taking NO for a answer, MIKE keep at it. Finally I said, please just fix the parts that's faulty. After about two months as of today 3/3/2016 I'm having the same issues , and this time I need a loaner but Mike saying they wont have one til 3/16/2016. This should be a priority. I'm taking this matter past this post. The people can not be trusted. DO NOT TRUST THEM! More

Today at BMW I have had the most wonderful experience today at BMW! My sales guy David Chu is an awesome sales guy and very straight forward. Rude Manager I went in to the dealership today with every intention to buy a car. The salesmen was ok but was not going down on the price. Before leaving the dealership, he introduced me to the manager who was extremely rude and condescending. Also, he said the KBB price had nothing to do with them since it's not a legit company. He continued on and said I should purchase the car from them since they can give me a better deal. If you think it can get worse, he interrupted me and said "excuse me I'm not finish talking!" wow! I guess they don't need the business. I'm going to another dealership to purchase my car. More
service required brake fluid change . After pickup the car, the service light was still on. The service advisor explained that technician forgot to reset (??? required brake fluid change . I changed brake fluid in another two years by myself and found the fluid was very dirty by comparing my other brand car's brake fluid that even was changed four years ago. No I highly suspect whether the brake fluid was changed for my BMW at that service. At least I don't trust. More

I live in Austin and checked every dealer in the state and they all had either one or none of the model I was looking for. Momentum is so massive they had several in stock. I inquired by email and received a prompt reply from Adeline. We agreed on a price over the phone and I drove to Houston the next day to test drive the car and ended up purchasing it that day. This is the second car I have purchased new and maybe this is an overall trend in the auto industry, but I felt the buying process was much more transparent here. Adeline was very personable and knowledgeable and shared several helpful tips she learned from owning her own MINI. More
