The worst car dealers ever! The worst experience ever! I do not usually write bad reviews but seriously please do not get you in troubles with these unprofessional people, folks! The worst experience ever! I do not usually write bad reviews but seriously please do not get you in troubles with these unprofessional people, folks! My story is epic and unbelievable! My husband and I talked with Donyell (one of the managers over there) and Tatiana to work on a BMW X1 deal on December 31st, 2016. Regardless the fact that we had not had a chance to look at that BMW X1 car (since Donyel & Tatiana explained that it is under another current owner and she was out of town), we were still excited to sign the contract that night after a long wait of 4 hours. The deal was: I would trade in my Nissan 2014 car and rent this BMW X1 for 3 years. It was preatty good deal to us. That night, Donyell himself and Tatiana promised that they would arrange to have our car ready after being fixed and checked on Monday since the car should not have any major issues. Then what we really had to go through was not that amusing! Firstly, the car was not ready by Monday. We tried to understand because it might take some time to take care of the car carefully. Secondly, Donyell just did not want to care less about us when my husband asked him about the car's status since Donyell mentioned in his text that "the car needs a lot of work that cannot be rush". What does it mean by "needs a lot of work?". We just want a clarification and Donyell ignored to answer that. Tatiana could not help with that either! When we could not be more disappointed and tired of waiting in silence, we came to meet a general manager on Wednesday Jan 4th morning. His name is Max White. Then, he sent us right back to Tatiana. After talking to her and being confirmed that BMW X1 could not be done at any time, we all agreed that we would back out of the deal and we took back our Nissan car. I carefully asked Tatiana whether or not we had to do anything else to make sure our transaction was cancelled. She told us not to worry about anything else and just had to walk out of the door. Needless to mention, you can understand how upset I am because that was my first time of being interested in BMW ownership. I thought that was the end of our nightmare after that day. No, sadly it's not done yet. I have been constantly receiving email and mail noticing me about an upcoming payment from BMW, which I do not understand. Then, I have just received an email from Nissan saying that they SUCCESSFULLY CLOSED MY MONTHLY PAYMENT ACCOUNT. You now can see what kind of troubles that we have to deal with? My car now is belong to BMW. I have to waste my time to go to BMW Momentum and make sure again that no BMW transaction has ever happened between them and me and I might have to refinance my car with Nissan again. Wish us luck! I definitely do not want to walk in their that BMW Momentum's door or see their faces again, not even once. I still cannot believe that BMW still hire these unprofessional people to work for them. Very very annoyed and disappointed! I wish there were Negative Five Star option! More

James Watkins of Momentum BMW Southwest in Houston Texas has been exceptional through the years. Through family and friends we have purchased 5 cars from him. When I was ready to trade in the BMW I purchased from him in 2012 I didn’t hesitate to call him to help me with my recent trade in. He found a great deal for me and I am very happy with my new purchase. James has called to check on my purchase and follow up to ensure everything is working smoothly. He has been more than just a salesman he has been family. My Dad first purchased a car from him years ago and was also a repeat customer. When my Dad past away James reached out to me to offer condolences and that meant a lot. DANGEROUS CAR I bought a new BMW 3 series. I've had it for two years. The car has failed and/or malfunctioned on the road while driving it in the last two years. I bought a new BMW 3 series. The service center keeps trying to fix it but it is dangerous to drive on the road. I keep telling them it's not safe and to replace the vehicle or release me from it. No one has honored my request at sales or service. I haven't heard from anyone at momentum BMW. More
Momentum is a Scam for pricing I've seen the same BMW car in Jaguar and BMW Momentum advertised at different prices. They post it and reduce price and when they don't get a buy they I've seen the same BMW car in Jaguar and BMW Momentum advertised at different prices. I think they are fishing for new car buyers that are not following their way of operations. I am sure they do the same with other cars. More

Via phone, sales guy said that the manager (Lee) would come down a few hundred $$ but when I showed up in person, I was told that he said "there's no record of that number". I had to walk away in disgust over that tactic. I think I'll try my luck at Woodlands from now on. More

Read the following CAREFULLY before you go there. It's a really convenient and nice place, they have a wild selection of cars. the entire purchasing experience was fair, it was not bad but certainly not excellent. I've been always trusting that MINI has one of the best customer services, however I was disappointed by the quality of the service they provide. we've been their three times, and no one, yes no one had ever asked if we need water, i know this is a tiny thing but that's something your customer would be expecting, because you are a MINI dealer we were doing financing, my credit score has been around 750ish, when they run my credit report, the result was 712, okay fine, I understand lowering my credit score can increase the APR, and therefore, making extra money. Later on the finance person came, he told me that the APR would be 5.9%, I was like, whoa, seriously dude, almost 6% APR. I told them, very politely, that I decide not to choose their finance plan but I will go to my bank instead, when the finance guy heard it, he seems really really pissed off and impatient. He asked what banks I have accounts with, and he said he can do finance with them too, he was really pushy, and of course I won't listen to what he offered. secondly, when I read the purchase summary from them, they have added some packages and options I don't need without my permission and without notifying me. When I asked them, they told me that those packages were added "by default". At this point you probably see what's going on. If I didn't read the purchase summary, I probably had paid about extra 1000 dollars to them. This is not how you do business and how you treat your customers One day later, I talked to chase bank and I got 2.4% APR auto loan, which is really good. I've bought the cashiers check to them and everything seems going well. After I made my deposit and signing all the paper works, they handed my a paper, explaining that this vehicle has suffered some hail damage and it has been fixed. I'm buying a NEW CAR. Is a car which has suffered hail damage a new car? xxxx no. Here's what they are smart about. They won't tell you the hail damage until you have made your deposit. this is how they make money. They have been emphasizing that this is a really nice deal, so they can not reduce the price anymore. Think about it. a good deal is different from lying to your customer and hide the fact that the car has had some hail damage until your customer made his deposit. If you are the owner of this place, I hope you can see this, I know dealership need to make money, but treating your customer without trustworthiness simply will make your customer spreading the words and hurt your business. Some of your employee really need to learn how to be polite and respectful to your customers. More

He was professional, friendly and helped me locate the car with options I was looking for. I previously purchased a 2014 BMW from Tom. It was such a pleasant experience, I contacted him again to purchase my 2016 X3. I visited with Tom on numerous occasions to test drive various cars before selecting the X3. Tom helped me look for certified pre-owned cars and compared them to new car options before I decided on the new 2016. He was able to locate the exact car with the specific color and options I wanted and had it shipped from another out of town location to Houston for me. Tom was diligent in following up with me before and after my purchase. Tom definitely exceeds my expectations. I highly recommend Tom and Momentum BMW for next purchase. I continue to recommend him to all my family and friends. More
