I inquired by email and received a prompt reply from Adeline. We agreed on a price over the phone and I drove to Houston the next day to test drive the car and ended up purchasing it that day. This is the second car I have purchased new and maybe this is an overall trend in the auto industry, but I felt the buying process was much more transparent here. sold used car I put deposit down on.. I found a used 4WD SUV online at this Dealership, went there to look at it, the check engine light & another light on dash came on when I started it, I found a used 4WD SUV online at this Dealership, went there to look at it, the check engine light & another light on dash came on when I started it, but otherwise I liked the vehicle. They told me the check engine light was because of gas cap issue and just needed to be reset. The other issue was a module that needed replacing. Said if I wanted vehicle I could put a down payment on the vehicle, then when it's fixed I could come and test drive, so I did put down payment. A few days later told me it was more than they thought and that the transfer case needed to be replaced and it was going to cost $2500, but they were going to do it because they stand behind their work. Asked me if I wanted to come in and finalize all the paperwork and pay for the vehicle, I told them No I'm not paying for it till I can test drive it and everything checked out. Sales manager calls me and said they wanted to get the vehicle off their books because it was the end of the month and asked if I would come in and finalize paperwork and pay for it? I told her no, not finalizing or paying till its fixed and I can test drive. Two days later, the first of the following month, sales guy calls and says he just wanted to update me on that vehicle, says they sold the car as is to someone else, and did I want them to try to find me another car? Really? You sold the car I put a down payment on? I would never buy any car from this dealership! More

It was love at first sight! Adeline was wonderful taking my husband and I all over the lot looking at different ones. I finally decided to stick with my original choice which I love!
