I was fortunate enough to go on a day when Adeline was there and I can't have asked for a better person to work with. Not only was Adeline knowledgeable, but she was enthusiastic and genuinely interested in helping me find the right MINI to fit my personality. I liked the no pressure sales approach and the honest advice about my potential purchase. I would highly recommend Adeline to anyone looking to purchase a new MINI! Adeline Is A Great Choice I recently had an issue with a 2014 JUSTA and had to trade it in for a new one. I was fortunate to have been referred to Adeline Schultz, in the sale I recently had an issue with a 2014 JUSTA and had to trade it in for a new one. I was fortunate to have been referred to Adeline Schultz, in the sales office, to get me back into a new Mini. I will tell you that she was a great person to work with and we looked at almost all of the Minis in stock and a few at other dealers. I ended up with a new 2015 MSC and she helped me the whole time. Sometimes having to be a little patient with me because of the paperwork that had to be taken care of with the trade in. I walked out at the end of the day with my new MSC because of her efforts with getting the deal done. She is great to work with and hope you get a chance to meet her if you visit. Our sales associate, Adeline made the experience that much more fun! She allowed me to lead the experience (so I never felt pushed or rushed) and she was extremely thorough and knowledgable. Adeline was also great to give me friendly reminders about my complimentary "second date" ... which I still have yet to make time for - but I hope to soon!! The only hiccup was when it was time to drive away, my car came back from tinting covered in some grease (both inside and outside). Adeline immediately went in to get a towel and completed the cleaning herself! This review is solely based on my sales experience as I have yet to need service. More

Therefore, the business should ensure that they provide a good, nice, friendly and professional service to the clients and thats exactly what Ms.Marisol Quiroz did every time i was there.. The essence of great customer service i had with Ms.Quiroz formed a relationship with me that made me feel comfortable and open to ask any questions i had regarding to my mini cooper. She also provided timely and helpful advice regarding the mini I was purchasing. She let me know all the important information regarding the car including its features, adjustable buttons and assured i would love it.I would love to recommend your company to anyone who needs a car and recommend Ms.Marisol to be her who helps them out with everything . Excellent buying experience I live in San Antonio and drove to Houston to buy a Mini Coupe that I viewed on their website. Walter spent a lot of time working to get me the payments I was needing. Adeline...... What can I say? She's awesome! Extremely knowledgeable of Minis, genuinely warm, compassionate and friendly. Her regular updates and attention to our needs made the long day seem much shorter. A true pleasure!!!! I look forward to future visits to the dealership. For regular maintenance, of course. I lost my 2015 Mini Cooper convertible in a recent flood. I had pretty much decided that replacing my 3 moth old, 2015 Mini Cooper convertible lost in a flood was a lost cause; however, Adeline Schultz, my sa I had pretty much decided that replacing my 3 moth old, 2015 Mini Cooper convertible lost in a flood was a lost cause; however, Adeline Schultz, my sales person at Momentum in Houston would not give up. She not only found one, but three, came in early on her day off, and made sure she got me to the dealership as well. Because of her personal commitment to serving a customer, Adeline turned a very sad and stressful situation into a happy and grateful one. Thanks, Adeline. You're the best. P.S...............since the flood, we've moved to the 18th floor of a high rise. I should be driving this Mini for many years to come! More
What's all the fuss about? My whole experience at Momentum MINI was excellent. As a car leasing newbie, I was initially hesitant about the whole experience, as I have heard how My whole experience at Momentum MINI was excellent. As a car leasing newbie, I was initially hesitant about the whole experience, as I have heard how it can be working with a car salesman...but Marisol (sales), Walter (financials), even front desk, Kevin, were all very helpful and made the task of getting a new car as painless as possible. Finding the right car took a couple of tries, but Marisol did a great job locating a Cooper S with all of the options I wanted. So she found the car. Now what about the $?? I brought a car buying pro as back-up to see what games we would have to tag in and out of. To their surprise, none. There wasn't really any back and forth, tiny bit of haggle room depending if there is a promotion going on, and everything was pretty straight forward. Usually, there's about $10,000 built into new cars and fluffed up basic fees to build room for negotiating, but there wasn't much of it here. I really appreciate not feeling nickle and dimed. Overall, I had a very positive experience - easy peasy. Marisol and her team are great! I'm 100% behind Momentum MINI! More

I came into Momentum Mini as a sceptic recalling all the horror stories typically associated with buying a car. The hassling, the back and forth, the sleezy sales man things that we have all heard about. Well, I can attest that the experience at Momentum Mini is the exact opposite. Adeline (in the sales department) worked with me to determine exactly what our needs were and then advocate on our behalf for best pricing. Adeline is a great salesperson who works with great integrity to give you the best deal. I truly felt she was working on my behalf to get me the best deal. Not too mention that she showed true patience me. The manager and his team (Walter McNeil) were great in working with us as we had indecision on exactly what car we wanted. These guys were patient and worked with us each step of the way, doing what it takes to make the customer happy. Adeline and Walter were so good, Me and My wife ended up with new cars that we absolutely loves at a great price and all with out the hassle that you would typically expect at a car dealership. I'm a beleiver now and will take all my business to Momentum Mini. I will highly recommend Adeline and Walter, and the Momentum Mini Team. These guys are great!!!! More
