Rude Customer Service I recently called to make an appointment to bring my car in since there are some noises I am concerned with. The first time I called I was disconnected when transferred. The second time I called back, a lady answered the phone and was very rude .She was not friendly and hastily tried to get me off the phone. I asked her when the next loaner was available and she said a future date, which is fine. She then tried to hang up with me without giving me a time, and I had to reconfirm the appointment time. I in no way felt the call was professional or friendly. I think I first spoke to Walter McNeal and was then trasferred to the lady (unknown name). More

I have purchased 5 vehicles in my lifetime and helped a few friends purchase theirs. This was by far the best car buying experience I've ever had. I wasn't quite sure what I wanted, and Adeline patiently helped me figure it out. At one point, after scouring the system for the right combination of features, she even suggested that we peak through the window of every mini on the lot... "just in case". Well, we did. And guess what?... we found the perfect one. Management was very helpful with finding the right deal for me, and financing was a pleasure to work with. I kept everyone an hour past closing, but the smiles never wore off. Thanks guys, and see you in a few years. More
