I had a terrible experience. I was sold a car under false pretenses. I was told it had features that I later found it did not. Basic stuff that I was told I should definitely hav I was sold a car under false pretenses. I was told it had features that I later found it did not. Basic stuff that I was told I should definitely have, like distance detection and 360 cam. It does not. Pickup was a disaster. I was told to come pick up the car at 8am, waited around an hour only to be told to come back later. I did not receive it until 7pm that evening. Now I have a car that drives great but lacks BASIC xxxxin features that almost every other make offers standard. I feel deliberately bamboozled by a salesman who lacked proper knowledge of a brand new vehicle. He told me that every feature I had on my Lexus would be included in the BMW. Not true. He told me the button featured on the steering wheel would control the highway features. It's a dead button, it does NOTHING. Because this car does not have that upgrade. It's my fault for trusting a salesman at a high end dealership I guess. More
