Horrible Came in Feb 2018 to buy a car. Purchased a car and it is now July 2018 and i have mot recieved any paperwork from DMV regarding registration. I called Came in Feb 2018 to buy a car. I called about 8-10 times and was always transferred and sent to voicemails OR told emails were being sent to other people. Until i was finally transferred to the Manager and left him a lengthy voicemail explaining my situation. Turns out the car I purchased was still under the previous owners name. So i was paying for a car that was not under my name. The reason for that? Oh yes the dealer sold me the car before they did a SMOG on it which is ILLEGAL. When the manager called me back he promised a full gas tank, detail car wash and a loaner car while they got everything taken care of. When I arrived, i was not given anything i was promised. If i would have known that was the case, i would have just gone with my gut and sued the dealer. More
