"Exceptional service" This was this was the first time I came to Monroe Nissan for service to my 2011 Versa. I have been to a couple of Nissan dealerships but this locatio This was this was the first time I came to Monroe Nissan for service to my 2011 Versa. I have been to a couple of Nissan dealerships but this location was the best by far. I had been having some problems with my car and no one seemed to know what was wrong with it except for Monroe Nissan. Edgar first greeted me with concern and professionalism. He assured me that they would figure out what was going on and take care of it. He had to keep the car for awhile but indicated he would keep me posted of their developments. In all, my car runs great and it was the greatest experience I have ever had. All my questions were answered and I was treated very well. Excellent Dealership I recently took a 2015 Nissan Altima from Monroe Nissan with 11.5k miles om it. My sales associate Strven Cole did really a good job. The other peoples in the dealership were also really helpful. I would have given a 5 stars if they would have done these small things on the car. 1. My car's wheel lock key is missing in the car. Steven promised me that this will be given whenever I drop by the showroom. He couldn't get on that day as the parts department was closed. 2. When I test drove the car, MID was showing a warning for lower tire pressure. Steven said that it will be taken care during delivery. But its not. I have driven it out of the showroom without checking it. When i reached home and checked the tire pressure, it was still showing the old value. I am taking the car to costco today to top it up with Nitrogen. I hope these glitches will not happen for others. Again they are really nice guys to deal with. More
