Not only did she stay on top of my needs. She was a pleasure to chat with. Which is hard these days as everyone has their face in a phone. Beware!!! This is the dealership that everyone warns you about when you’re a female buying a car. Ladies don’t come or bring a man to help you out. They offer you with the lowest price on your trade $1000k less than online quote, by making your trade look bad. Go with Carvana or Carmax since they stick to the price you get online. Mo is a crook wanting me to pay an additional $3k while my trade was newer and less miles than their car. I had bad buyers remorse the next day after realized that they con me. They didn’t even help me with buying new tires at internal dealer price like the sales manager stated. Once they get your sale they don’t care in helping you either. Terrible all around experience!

I am writing this review to warn anyone considering purchasing a vehicle from East Charlotte Nissan. This was, without question, the worst dealership experience I have had in over 20 years of buying cars. I purchased a vehicle from out of state, and the entire process—from start to finish—was unprofessional and unethical. The sales team was difficult to work with, unresponsive, and seemed more interested in closing a deal than providing any level of customer service. Questions went unanswered, communication was poor, and I constantly felt like I was being brushed aside. The finance department was equally disappointing. I am currently trying to cancel a service contract that I no longer need, and it has been nearly impossible to get anyone from the finance team to return my calls or assist me. For a department that handles thousands of dollars in contracts, the lack of follow-through is shocking and, frankly, irresponsible. As someone who has purchased many vehicles over the years, I can honestly say this was my worst experience by far. The combination of poor communication, lack of transparency, and complete disregard for customer service after the sale is unacceptable. My advice to anyone reading this: Do not do business with East Charlotte Nissan. Whether you're local or buying from out of state like I did, save yourself the headache and take your business elsewhere. There are plenty of honest dealerships that will treat you with the respect you deserve.

Management on the service side operates unprofessionally, relaying on the "good old boy" system rather than holding individuals accountable for their actions. They prioritize protecting their own. Disappointing experience!!!

I had an issue with a tire's TPMS sensor. Where I purchased the Nissan Versa from, they did not help me, went someplace else and bought a new sensor,light was still on! Called this place, they said bring it in we'll take care of you. And they did! Right at this dealership! They 2 men who helped me were great! They felt like my big brothers! Thanks Griffin Nissan!
