most of the people were professional and pleasant to deal with except one of the salespersons, malcolm. he entered the negotiation of the price of the car with a bad attitude. he repeatedly asked me personal with except one of the salespersons, malcolm. he entered the negotiation of the price of the car with a bad attitude. he repeatedly asked me personal questions about why i couldn’t pay more for the car. he seems to not understand the nature of negotiation. when it became clear that the rebates i was promised for leasing a hybrid car was already included in the price, i felt strongly about getting a better deal. he simply could have rejected my offer rather than trying be presumptuous about my income and condescending. it was extremely unprofessional. it made the experience really unpleasant despite friendly service from everyone else (especially jonathan, sal and irvin). Tammy and Jack was awesome from the time I walk into the building they took care of me until I walk out with vehicle. The staffing was awesome and our experience was totally out of this world. Not to mention they had coffee and donuts while we wait for our vehicle to get ready . I give this dealership a perfect 10stars for great customer service great staffing and an awesome experience.
