It was a good service. My truck was repaired in just a few days. The service advisor (Isaac) communicated very well. Aside from that, as a technician working for a dealer, My truck was repaired in just a few days. The service advisor (Isaac) communicated very well. Aside from that, as a technician working for a dealer, I missed having a detailed MPI of my truck, with any possible services or repairs my truck needs to stay strong on the road, an inspection video showing or explaining to the customer what went wrong with their vehicle and the recommendations for resolving the defect. Issac was great and did us well in customer service. Unfortunately they could duplicate the problem. When we picked it up we were told they tried various times but could not see any malfunction.
