I made a appointment for service and was not told that the dealership has moved to another location. I called the service number when I arrived at the old location and when I was told the new location is the dealership has moved to another location. I called the service number when I arrived at the old location and when I was told the new location is at the old Honda dealership around the corner I almost didn't take my car for service. I took my honda civic a couple times there when it was the honda dealership and I hated it because of it being crowed with cars on all sides, the waiting room was like going in a morgue and bathrooms were dirty and nasty and it's still that way. Why would Chrysler downgrade their location. When I arrived I squeezed my 300 in between the 2 posts in the service area, got out of my and waited a while for anybody to come out to help me. Service was great and quick. The waiting room was freezing cold, I tried closing the door but everyone coming in and out to use restroom kept propping the door open, luckily I didn't have to wait long for my car. The bathroom from the old place to the new place is a big difference, like night and day, not in a good way. More
Above and beyond service. Did everything I asked for in a timely manner and even threw in a service that Ive postponed a couple of times. Will definitely be coming back again. We LOVE this dealership, and especially Service Rep ISAAC BORQUÉZ - all at the same time, he is Rigorous, Efficient, Helpful, Communicative, Proactive, and a True Member of the Human Race. This is the absolute worst service we have ever gotten. Not only is a Jeep the worst car we have ever purchased (it's had 2 major issues since we bought it...one being the transmission) but the service at Not only is a Jeep the worst car we have ever purchased (it's had 2 major issues since we bought it...one being the transmission) but the service at this Jeep dealer is awful. When we took it in for the transmission issue, it took them 2 months to fix it. They claimed they would give us a rental but that never happened. We were given the run around about everything and we even had to call the manufacturer ourselves because apparently, they couldn't do it themselves. We had to file a claim and even then the issues weren't handled. I've honestly never had this bad of service anywhere. Our other car is a Ford and it's got nearly 200,00 miles and it's been great. Do yourself a favor and buy any other car than a Jeep. More
