Unfortunately there was no good communication. I was told misinformation multiple times. I have called the service manager multiple times to talk about the issues I was encountering and I’ve never I was told misinformation multiple times. We’re torn with rating your service center. On one hand communication with Issac was very good and he’s a valuable employee. On the other hand our experience doesn’t match with what OTHER On one hand communication with Issac was very good and he’s a valuable employee. On the other hand our experience doesn’t match with what OTHERS SAY. we waited week and half for appointment. All LABOR repair prices are sky high. $2k final bill! 2 other items, not performed, both would have cost $900 each. If you are trying to scare away business, this is a great start. A $200 door handle part turns into a $900 total bill. SAY WHAT? Are you serious? We took the car in on a Monday, and work not completed until following Tuesday. A defective replacement part for rack and pinion caused delay. Air in line caused more delays. Seemed like we were lost in shuffle. Are you short mechanics? Short qualified mechanics? With being without a car for over a week, and 1 car is all we have, it was quite inconvenient. Had to order Lyft for an appointment. Later in the week Isaac came through with a loaner, quite a nice loaner to help us out. When we prepared to pick up our car, is when we learned if using a CREDIT CARD we would be charged the card fee of 3%. Nice time to let us know. The experience was not good. Only having a very nice rental somewhat helped to soften the blow. Very torn about recommending your services. More
