He was patient, professional, and genuinely focused on helping me find the car that was the best fit for me not just making a sale. Dylan took the time to walk me through several different options, encouraged me to test drive multiple vehicles, and never once made me feel rushed or pressured. He answered every question thoroughly and made sure I fully understood my choices, which made me feel respected and confident throughout the process. On top of that, I received a very fair deal on my trade-in, which made it possible for me to drive home in a car I truly love at a payment that comfortably fits my budget. Beware of this dealership! No matter what you ask them to do they find other things you need. We took our RDX in for inspection and the service advisor told us our battery was bad. I found this to be odd as we replaced it less than a year ago. We took it to advance auto to replace it again and they told us it was fine. As we were driving home we noticed a small sticker on the windshield that stated the tires and battery were both good. I am convinced they are compensated by selling unneeded parts and services. This is not the first time this has happened at this dealership. Needless to say we will no longer use them for service or purchases. More

I bought a 2011 Acura Mdx from here. I did not know they had not had any inspection done on the car (which I thought should be done by any dealer). And after I signed the contract, they I did not know they had not had any inspection done on the car (which I thought should be done by any dealer). And after I signed the contract, they began to inspect the car and it turned out there were many problems with the car. The quote from their service department is over 11000. The manager told us to take it to somewhere else to inspect. We did and have a quote of 5000 from my mechanic. I think it is unfair to ask them to fix everything, so I only ask them to fix the most important issues, which would be around 3000 dollars. But the manager said no. Now I am trying to get a lawyer to help me. More

I wished I had read all the reviews here before I made a business with this dealership. This place is definitely dishonest and disgraceful. They also increased the amount of due at signing from the amount we had agreed upon. They simply just lie. They can't even look at me in the eyes when I questioned them. The sales just disappeared after the deal is signed, ignoring emails or phone calls. Trust me, avoid this place. More

I went to pick up the vehicle this evening and I uncovered a few moderate dings on the back and side of the car that I probably should have seen on my test drive. What disappointed me was I found that the car had extensive hail damage on the roof. There were many small craters on the roof that were not disclosed to me. Keep in mind this is just under a $30k vehicle. I suppose it is buyer beware with these folks. Both the salesman Bob Ashman and his boss acted surprised when I revealed the damage to them. I don't usually write reviews but I hope if at least one person reads this and may think twice about dealing with Montgomeryville Acura. I plan to alert my work mates and anyone else that may in the market for a vehicle. My advice would be stay away! Find a dealer that would never compromise their integrity and truly cares about its customers. Montgomeryville Acura is NOT that place. 10/12/21 More
