It was fine until I went to check out. They told me my oil plug was stripped and needed replaced. Nobody came out and told me prior to changing it. If it was already like that from my prev They told me my oil plug was stripped and needed replaced. Nobody came out and told me prior to changing it. If it was already like that from my previous oil change then I should have been made aware before anything was done. I don't have proof but I suspect their technician stripped it by putting an 8 point socket on it or something stupid and then expected me to pay for it. If you make a mistake then you eat that cost. Even after arguing you still made me pay the $15 for it. I was considering buying my 2026 gmc 2500 from you guys but that experience put a bad taste in my mouth. More
