Friendly staff but could benefit from process efficiencies. While I always find the staff very friendly, I waited 4 hours to get the paperwork completed on my new lease. Had a bad experience previously due to staff turnover and my previous lease turn in having a negative impact on my credit score at no fault of mine. It’s the staff that keep me coming back but know people that have gone elsewhere due to similar issues. Would love to see some efficiencies put in place so that I can continue to bring business there proudly. More
