Unlike my experience with Auto Nation where I called several times and left messages regarding my need and never received a return call. Again, the good folks at Moore were professional, courteous and responsive. I spoke with Josie and she scheduled and arranged to have my recall service performed that same week. Overall, I was very impressed with her and totally satisfied. She told me that Mike would handle my needs when I arrived for my appointment. Again, he was terrific! He explained what was needed told me when the work would be completed. From start to finish, my experience was flawless!
