We got the car back and it still wasn’t fixed. We had the worst experience. I wasn’t being taken seriously. It’s very disappointing because the didn’t insure me with my safety. Oil change service issue Brought my car in for an oil change. Told I needed a whole bunch of service items. I said I was on a tight schedule. Told No problem. Came back as nu told car was done/they were still working on it. I was unable to reschedule my meeting with an out of state client. Service guy gave me a c ok upon for a free car wash. My timeline was tight since my client had to catch a plane. I would not have had the service done if he gave me an honest timeline. I will now need to go to Chicago to do this meeting More

Car held hostage Had 7am appointment to check fuel gauge and added oil change & rotate. Dropped off day before and specified fuel gauge was priority. No call back all Had 7am appointment to check fuel gauge and added oil change & rotate. Dropped off day before and specified fuel gauge was priority. No call back all morning. Finally reached service writer at 1:30. Told diagnostics not yet started but oil change and tire rotation done. Told diagnostics would take at least a day. Said I would just pick up the car. On arrival van not read, told they were just getting ready to start oil change and rotation. Took car to Firestone where diagnostics, oil change and rotation done by 5:00 pm that same day and diagnostics charge was $50 less. Repairs complete by 8:30 am next day. Based on this and past experience you take appointments then hold vehicle hostage. Service writer said appointment only gets you into dealship. Base on this experience, I would not even consider by a new car from your dealership. Still have warranty on other van but looking for another dealership to provide this service. More
