Dealership refused to do warranty work and charged. My truck set an EGR code up in VA we had Koon's Sterling Ford dealer ship reset the computer and gave us the print out of the code that the truck se My truck set an EGR code up in VA we had Koon's Sterling Ford dealer ship reset the computer and gave us the print out of the code that the truck set. I then called Mooresville Ford to see if they had the part and get it scheduled seeing the dealership in VA couldn't do the work for several days. Did at no time anyone from Mooresville Ford say that without a code present that I would be charge 103.55 for fifteen minutes of technicians time to hook up a freaking scan tool and refuse to do the warranty work. Totally ripped off today! More
