Never again I purchased a vehicle from here along with an extended warranty that covers almost everything: rental car, roadside assistance, parts & labor. They should cover the cost of a dog so I can have something to walk with me because they never want to provide a rental car to you that your warranty pays for. My vehicle has been in the shop 5+ times in less than a year and half and I will never return to this dealer ship. I have been in an stressful situation and had to fight for what I deserve EVERY time I’ve been in there. I wrote a letter to Ford, currently waiting to hear back. Had an issue with th vehicle, took it in, picked it up, drove it halfway home and same thing happened I took it back (closing in 30 minutes) they said well we’re gonna have our tech hurry up and fix it for you. I told them no don’t hurry cause you had 6 hours the first time and didn’t fix it. So take your time and fix it the right way. More
