First Oil change on new Focus Service Advisor, Will Nash, gave me a turn around time for a Works oil change, rotation, etc., and my car was ready a few minutes before the time quot Service Advisor, Will Nash, gave me a turn around time for a Works oil change, rotation, etc., and my car was ready a few minutes before the time quoted. And then, to make it batter, the Cashier told me there was no charge, as this was the 1st Oil change for my new car, just bought at Mooresville Ford on 12/23/17. What a pleasant surprise! During my wait, I was offered coffee, ice cream or water by a nice lady that worked there. Just one small question: Can Mooresville Ford make it a bit easier/simpler/less confusing for a person to walk in to talk to a Service Advisor & fill out paperwork? There is an entrance door, and a line of Service Advisor offices. It is easy to get overlooked if it is overly busy and they are working with customers. Who is next can be confusing. More
