I sat in the service bay while employees sat at their desks eating pizza, pretending not to notice customers waiting. No greeting, no acknowledgment, nothing. I finally had to go inside just to get checked in, and that set the tone for the rest of the visit. More than two hours passed with no communication. When I asked the cashier for an update, she snapped that I needed to find my own service advisor. I walked to the service area and found that my advisor, Atle Fjugstad, was nowhere to be found. His office was empty while my completed truck sat outside. They had finished the work and simply never bothered to tell me. That level of disregard is not a mistake; it is a culture. The waiting room was as lifeless as the staff, and the entire operation showed no leadership, no accountability, and no pride in their work. In 36 years, I have never seen customer service this poor. I have watched children run lemonade stands with more professionalism and effort. Moritz Chevrolet didn’t just waste my time; they earned this review. More
Ryan in the service department is an absolute joke. He never returns phone calls and/or follows-up. Ryan continues to give bad information and his service quality in person completely unacceptable. You would think instead of telling customers they are 9-10 days out to look at an issue with your new 2025 Tahoe, they would show some concern and empathy. He never once said he was sorry or let me see what I can do for you. Ryan is more worried and likes to pass the buck and put ownership on someone else than take responsibility. More

I have a brand new Colorado that is leaking a quart of oil a month, the latest OTA update drains the battery if it sits for 48 hours, and there is a dent in the roof from their carwash, which is a known issue with a service bulletin. They have made and canceled multiple appointments. I am now completely without a working vehicle, no loaner, no updates, and no timeline. To make matters worse, I recently found out my service advisor flat out lied to me. Back on February 11th, he told me I was on the waitlist for a loaner. I wasn’t. He never submitted anything. I only finally received an email promising a call "first thing Monday" after filing official complaints with the Texas Attorney General, the BBB, and GM. Of course, no one ever called. Total silence ever since. The sales experience was great, but everything after that has been a complete dumpster fire. This is hands down the worst dealership I have ever dealt with. If you expect basic honesty, communication, or competent service, go anywhere else. More

Don’t walk, RUN! !! Had a vehicle that has been there for almost months. Service advisor James has done nothing but lie over and over and over and has made every excus !! At least he was answering his phone, now he’s gone completely silent. I can assure you this is the last time I will ever do business here to include purchasing a vehicle which I have. More

I was a happy camper after getting everything done on 6-4-2024. James Gray met me in the service bay at 9:22am and I showed him the flyer card I received in the mail. I told him I needed: oil change, sta 6-4-2024. James Gray met me in the service bay at 9:22am and I showed him the flyer card I received in the mail. I told him I needed: oil change, state inspection, check brake pads and please check air in tires. Later before state inspection was completed, he came to waiting room and advised me of recommended 30K service. Asked him about brake pads and he reassured me they were fine. I okayed to do FBS 30K service. James had me ready to go at 11:16am with a couple of discounts. This made my day! I had figured the cost to be much more than I paid. It was awesome!
