I got in touch with Carson Ingram at Moritz used dealership and I knew immediately where my business was going to be. He was straight to the point, didn’t try to pull any tricks on me and was a true gentleman. I will forever use Moritz and will ALWAYS ask for Carson for my next car buying needs. A great first car Experience! As a young college student I wanted to buy a used car to make it through my daily travels to and from college and work. So for a week straight I looke As a young college student I wanted to buy a used car to make it through my daily travels to and from college and work. So for a week straight I looked online for numerous of cars that was in my price range and the quality that I was looking for . So I went to two dealerships after college one day, the first dealership in Dallas, they did not have the car in stock that was online. Next I saw a dealership in fortworth, pretty far from Dallas. And lets just say I am so happy that I made my final decision to buy my used car here in Fort Worth. The car salesman that walked up to me and my parents made us want to buy a car from him. He wasn't persistent, he was knowledgeable, informative, and I felt like he loved his job selling cars. Bought my first car within two days and I had no problem with my Baby blue 2015 Nissan Versa. Ran great with no problems at all technically or physically until a year later I had my first car fender bender and my car was totaled. I immediately called Greg to see what he had to offer, and when I went to the dealership he already had cars lined up for me that he knew I could afford. And til this day I love my 2014 Chevy Cruze even more than the first one. Hopefully, this car will stay with me for a long time and down the future I will go Mortiz again and even recommend the dealership to my friends and family. Thank for a great couple of cars Greg Cotharn and Mortiz Chevrolet! More
Worst experience ever -couldnt even call me back I had the worst experience ever with the finance management\sales management of this dealership; to start with I was recommended to this dealership wh I had the worst experience ever with the finance management\sales management of this dealership; to start with I was recommended to this dealership when searching for a a new\used vehicle. Let me start by saying I know my credit is not perfect and I knew before reaching out this could be a challenge. This is why I sent my info over to not waste their time or mine. I emailed all of my information and consent to run my credit to the Finance Director Adrian Peterson. He acknowledged he received my information and was going to review my credit. I didn't hear back from him the entire day or the next day. Two days later I emailed him and asked if there was an update or if more information was needed. Nothing . No email no call nothing. I thought OK maybe they are working on it ? Three days of waiting and I finally get a one sentence email asking what kind of car was I looking for. I replied that I was in the market for an SUV or a small car depending on my credit review. Never heard back. NO call no one emailed. Nothing that whole day. The next day after no response I emailed and asked if he needed me to view their inventory online and select an exact vehicle or if there was someone I could work with at the dealership since it appeared he was too busy to assist me. Nothing. NO email or call back. I still decided to give them the benefit of the doubt and waited before reaching out again. The following day I called the dealership and asked to speak with a manager to explain my situation. Even after being ignored I didn't want his staff to know the finance director dropped the ball. After 9 days, several emails and a phone call to the store sales manager I spoke with the manager who looked up my name and said "oh wait my manager is looking at it now". He took my information and said he would call me back once they were done reviewing my info.. NOTHING. Still no call or email back from anyone. I understand that dealerships don't like people with less then perfect credit but I am still a customer. I wasn't asking for a free vehicle but a courtesy call back explaining yes or no would have been nice. I've always believed leadership starts from the top but with this poor experience I see why even the floor manager couldn't return a call. I would hate to think how many other customers were ignored and sales were lost. .My advice is if you don't have perfect credit stay away from here because chances are you will be ignored as I was. More
WILL NEVER BE BACK I had the WORST experience here and will NEVER be back. The service guy I dealt with was Ryan Byers. Not only was he extremely rude and unhelpful, but I had the WORST experience here and will NEVER be back. The service guy I dealt with was Ryan Byers. Not only was he extremely rude and unhelpful, but he explicitly lied to me by telling me he was not able to look up what was covered under my warranty without charging me a diagnostic fee ($135). I called another dealership and they were able to tell me in about 2 minutes what was covered under my warranty. I was told I would have a diagnosis in 2 days but it took 4! On the day I was supposed to pick up my car I got a call that something else was wrong and they tried to charge me $400 to fix it. I took my car else where since I had had such a bad experience and Ichiban Autos charged me $250 to fix it and the part still came from the dealership!! Crooks!! More
