Online service appointment option is very misleading Scheduled service online Followed up the next day with service writer verbally to review service and schedule so as not to be without my vehicle f Scheduled service online Followed up the next day with service writer verbally to review service and schedule so as not to be without my vehicle for more than 1 day When I arrived the morning of my confirmed appointment I was informed that my service advisor was not in. I explained to this service advisor that I had a confirmed service appointment. At this time he informed me that the appointments are merely a scheduled netting with your advisor and that they couldn’t guarantee service technicians appointments to perform the requested service. So basically I was no better off than if I had pulled into the service drive unannounced or unexpected. Took two days for an oil change, install 4 tires, and front end alignment. Why offer online scheduling if you perform confirmed services and time frame? More

It took 6 months to get my car fixed, I was never kept in the loop with the delays, and I was the one that ultimately has to call the service department to see if the part to fix my car was in.
